Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Jalandhar. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote CINIPS programs, certification courses, and educational services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will create marketing content for digital and offline channels, engage with prospective learners,



and collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, managing inquiries, and providing a high level of customer service to students and partners. Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective learners, partners, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Market Research to understand learner needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales to plan campaigns, drive enrollments, and support revenue growth.
• Ability to create and manage marketing content across digital and traditional channels.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing, email marketing, and event promotion is beneficial.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Comfort working in an on-site educational environment and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
