Experience:
5–8 Years Industry: Construction / Real Estate Job

Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction.
* Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave management, PF,



ESIC, and statutory compliance.
* Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee documentation.
* Manage HRMS, employee records, performance management, and exit formalities.
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
* Coordinate manpower planning and hiring for corporate offices and construction sites.
* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
* Prepare HR MIS reports and support management in HR operations and employee engagement. Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent, with relevant experience in construction and real estate. Solid knowledge of payroll, labour compliance, recruitment, and HRMS is essential.
