Role Description The Twin-Screw Extruder Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The operator will set up, start, and control twin-screw extrusion lines for engineering plastics compounds according to production plans and work instructions. Day-to-day tasks include feeding raw materials, monitoring process parameters, checking melt quality, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring output meets required specifications. The role also involves performing in-process quality checks, recording production data, coordinating with quality and maintenance teams, and following safety and housekeeping standards on the shop floor. The operator will help with minor troubleshooting, routine cleaning of equipment,



and proper handling, labeling, and storage of finished materials. Qualifications
• Hands-on experience operating twin-screw extruders or similar polymer processing equipment, including start-up, shutdown, and parameter adjustments.
• Knowledge of engineering plastics such as TPU, ABS, PC, PC-ABS, PBT, and Nylon (PA6/PA66), and basic understanding of compounding processes.
• Ability to read and follow production orders, standard operating procedures, and basic technical instructions.
• Familiarity with in-process quality checks (e.g., visual inspection, basic measurements) and recording production and quality data accurately.
• Strong focus on safety, housekeeping, and correct use of personal protective equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for minor adjustments, routine equipment cleaning, and coordination with maintenance for issues.
• Good teamwork and communication skills to work with production, quality, and logistics staff, and ability to follow supervisory guidance.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required, stand for extended periods, and handle material bags within secure weight limits.
• Prior experience in plastics compounding, recycling, or related manufacturing is preferred.
• High school diploma, technical certification, or vocational training in plastics, manufacturing, or mechanical trades is beneficial.
