Role Description The Implementation Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves assisting clients with the deployment and configuration of software solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption. The Implementation Support professional will respond to customer queries, provide technical and functional support, and troubleshoot issues that arise during and after go-live. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting implementation steps, coordinating with development and product teams, and guiding users through training and best practices.



The role also requires tracking support requests, maintaining accurate records, and contributing feedback to improve product stability and customer experience. Qualifications
