Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Vellore. The Specialist will manage daily sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, following up with leads, and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event organizers. The role involves creating and executing local marketing campaigns, promoting room packages and services, and supporting digital and offline promotional activities. The Specialist will collaborate closely with the front office and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and accurate communication of offers.



Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, assisting in training team members on sales practices, and representing the hotel at local events or networking opportunities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, partners, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to drive room and service revenue.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support sales planning, monitor performance, and help upskill team members.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, travel, or service-oriented industries is beneficial, along with basic knowledge of marketing principles and local market dynamics.
• Ability to work on-site in Vellore, manage multiple priorities, use common office and CRM tools, and meet established sales targets.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience will be considered.
