Role Description This is a full time, on-site Mechanical Design Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Mechanical Design Engineer will design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for water and air purification products, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing 3D models and detailed drawings, performing design calculations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, industrial design, electronics, and manufacturing. The role involves prototyping, testing,



and iterating designs based on performance data and user feedback, as well as supporting suppliers and production teams with technical documentation and design clarifications. The Engineer will also help improve existing product lines, contribute to design reviews, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Design Engineering and Machine Design for consumer or industrial products.
• Solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering, including materials, mechanics, and thermal/fluid principles.
• Experience in Product Design, ideally for appliances or hardware with both functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) for 3D modeling and detailed drawings.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience working with plastics, sheet metal, and mechanisms, including DFM/DFA and tolerance analysis.
• Ability to interpret standards, perform basic engineering calculations, and support testing and validation activities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams on-site in Gurugram.
• Prior experience in home appliances, water or air purification, or wellness-focused products is a plus.
