Role Description The Technical Service Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will install, commission, and maintain aspirating smoke detection systems at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with technical standards. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing routine inspections, and documenting service activities. The Technical Service Engineer will provide technical support to customers and internal teams, explain system functionality in clear terms,



and assist with training where needed. The role also involves collaborating with sales and project teams on pre
- and post-installation technical queries and supporting continuous improvement of service processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Technical Services and Technical Support skills, with experience handling field installations or maintenance of electronic or safety systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret technical data, and propose effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills to interact with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or related field) is preferred.
• Experience in fire safety, building management systems, or industrial automation is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site at customer facilities, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate service records.
• Familiarity with safety standards, basic networking, and control systems is beneficial.
