Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the dipping team to achieve production targets and operational efficiency.
• Monitor production performance, identify process abnormalities and implement corrective actions.
• Manage process parameters during style and customer changes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, QCPC guidelines and safety procedures.
• Optimize manpower allocation, machine utilization and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance and service teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and process efficiency. Candidate Profile:
• Relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably in dipping operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of dipping processes and equipment.
• Valuable team management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality and safety standards.
• Exposure to lean manufacturing and process improvement will be an added advantage.
• Technical qualification or Bachelor's degree preferred.
