Ramanathapuram, Coimbatore (Work from Office) Shift: Canadian Daytime Hours (Evening/Night IST)

Salary:
₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role
The candidate will lead day-to-day academic operations, manage faculty performance, ensure teaching quality, and drive student outcomes across DELF A1–B2 and TEF Canada preparation programs.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage academic operations, batch scheduling, and course delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate French language faculty.
• Monitor student progress, assessments, and examination readiness.
• Maintain curriculum quality and academic standards.
• Prepare performance reports and coordinate with the Academic Director. Requirements
• C1/C2 or native-level French proficiency.




• Solid knowledge of DELF/DALF, TCF, and TEF Canada.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic leadership or faculty management.
• Proven ability to manage teachers and drive student outcomes.
• Proficiency in LMS, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital learning tools.
• Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore during Canadian business hours. Please note: This is an academic leadership role, not a standalone French teaching position.
