Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Goregaon, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at interior and construction project sites. The role includes supervising site teams and contractors, monitoring work progress against plans, and ensuring that design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. The Site Supervisor will coordinate materials and resources, manage site schedules, and communicate regularly with project managers, designers, and clients to address issues and keep projects on track. This position also involves documenting site activities, reporting status updates,



and supporting timely resolution of on-site challenges to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications
• Robust site supervision and coordination skills, including managing contractors, labor, and daily work schedules.
• Solid understanding of interior fit-out processes, basic construction techniques, and use of tools and materials relevant to residential interiors.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical specifications, and ensure accurate on-site implementation.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements, with the ability to enforce safe working practices on site.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, designers, project managers, and vendors.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills, including maintaining site logs, progress reports, and material usage records.
• Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in interior or construction projects is highly preferred.
• Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, or construction management is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Goregaon, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project needs.
