The role includes managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations, handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. The candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, including profit and loss accounts and balance sheets, monitoring financial transactions, managing vendor and client accounts, and supporting monthly and annual financial closing activities. The role also involves working on Oracle NetSuite for accounting operations, preparing financial reports, coordinating with internal departments and international stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:




• Candidate must have 4-7 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
• Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in managing vendor payments, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication skills and experience coordinating with international stakeholders.
