Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Jagoo Home Inspection Jagoo Home Inspection is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives in Hyderabad. As a CRE, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, handling enquiries and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and explain Jagoo's home inspection services.
• Follow up with prospective customers and generate bookings.
• Maintain customer information and lead updates in the CRM.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience. Eligibility &
Skills:
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
