ABOUT THE COMPANY
Yuvraj Trading Company, part of Yuvraj Group, is engaged in coal trading, supply, and transportation. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to expand our customer network and generate new business opportunities across India. ?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Development & Order Generation
- Generate coal supply orders from steel plants, sponge iron plants, power plants, and other coal-consuming industries.
- Visit industrial plants across India and meet purchase managers, procurement heads, and decision-makers.
- Develop new customers and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure profitable coal supply orders.
- Identify current markets and potential bulk coal buyers. 2. GeM Portal & Tender Management
- Regularly search for coal supply tenders on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other tender portals.
- Evaluate tender eligibility, specifications, and commercial conditions.
- Prepare quotations, technical documents, and financial bids.
- Handle tender submissions, follow-ups, and related documentation.
- Identify government and private-sector coal supply opportunities. 3. IndiaMART & Lead Management




- Independently manage the company's IndiaMART account.
- Respond to enquiries and generate qualified business leads.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed purchase orders. 4. Sales & Marketing Management
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase coal sales.
- Monitor market demand, coal prices, and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer databases and sales pipelines.
- Submit regular reports on plant visits, enquiries, quotations, tenders, and confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with management regarding pricing, supply commitments, and customer requirements. ? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ✅ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred. ✅ Experience in coal trading, industrial raw materials, steel, sponge iron, or related industries. ✅ Strong connections with industrial buyers and procurement departments preferred. ✅ Practical knowledge of GeM portal operations and tender submissions. ✅ Experience in IndiaMART lead management and B2B sales. ✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills. ✅ Willingness to travel across India for industrial client meetings.



✅ Proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets. ? PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Generate new and profitable coal supply orders.
- Develop a strong PAN-India industrial customer network.
- Work towards a monthly sales target of 5,000–10,000 MT after the initial development period.
- Independently identify and pursue relevant tender opportunities.
- Consistently convert qualified leads into confirmed business. ? SALARY & BENEFITS ? Fixed

Salary:
