Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior QA Specialist role based in Tiruppur Taluka. The Senior QA Specialist will oversee quality assurance processes across textile and fashion product supply chains, ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing quality control checks, reviewing production samples, validating test reports, and identifying root causes for non-conformities. The role involves coordinating with production, merchandising, CSR, and audit teams, updating quality documentation,



and driving continuous improvement initiatives in line with COMPASS TEX’s sustainability and quality goals. The Senior QA Specialist will also support independent quality audits, train team members on best practices, and provide clear, timely reporting to management and clients. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management to design, implement, and improve end-to-end quality systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Quality Control experience to inspect materials and finished goods, verify specifications, and manage corrective actions.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Quality Auditing to conduct systematic assessments of production units and supplier facilities.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to ensure compliant, secure, and consistent production processes.
• Relevant experience in textiles, apparel, or fashion manufacturing, preferably in a senior or lead QA role.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sustainability standards, certifications, and ethical sourcing practices is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
