Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant at Outcome School. The consultant will configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics solutions, focusing on CRM and ERP modules to support program operations and stakeholder engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, designing system workflows, and implementing best practices within Dynamics. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, performing system testing, training internal users and partners, and creating clear documentation.



The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Dynamics supports learner journeys, employer partnerships, reporting, and outcome tracking. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs, interpret data, and translate requirements into effective Dynamics solutions.
• Experience with business process design, optimization, and workflow mapping in technology or education-focused environments.
• Consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, solution recommendation, and user training.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) components within Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem tools (e.g., Power Platform, Power BI, Azure) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience supporting education, nonprofit, or workforce development organizations is a plus, especially in outcome-based programs.
