Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for a Founding Sales and GTM Engineer. In this position, you will work directly with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs, demonstrate Jaano.ai’s solutions, and design technical integrations that support successful adoption. You will collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field, influence roadmap decisions, and develop scalable go-to-market processes. Daily responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, delivering technical demos, preparing proposals, supporting pilots and POCs, and ensuring a smooth handoff from sale to implementation.



You will also create sales enablement materials, contribute to documentation, and help build repeatable GTM playbooks suited for an AI-first product. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, including solution design, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess effective Sales and Customer Service skills, with experience in consultative selling, relationship management, and post-sale support.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products, especially in early-stage or startup environments, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-ownership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Comfort with customer-facing work, problem-solving under time constraints, and creating structured processes from ambiguity.
