Role Description The Real Estate Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Jharkhand. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing locations for new ApnaMart stores that align with market potential and company growth plans. Day-to-day activities include conducting site visits, analyzing footfall and neighborhood demographics, negotiating lease and rental terms with property owners, and coordinating with legal and finance teams for documentation and approvals. The Real Estate Executive will maintain relationships with local brokers, landlords, and municipal authorities,



and ensure compliance with zoning and regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing reports, maintaining a pipeline of prospective properties, and collaborating closely with operations and expansion teams to ensure timely store openings. Qualifications
• Strong skills in real estate site selection, market analysis, and property evaluation for commercial/retail locations.
• Experience in lease negotiation, rental agreements, and coordination with landlords, brokers, and local authorities.
• Ability to interpret basic legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial property, zoning, and compliance.
• Solid communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets, mapping tools, and other software for data analysis, reporting, and tracking properties.
• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, convenience stores, or multi-outlet expansion is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with field work, frequent local travel in Jharkhand, and working in a fast-paced growth environment.
