Responsibilities:
• Prepare and produce bakery & pastry products.
• Assist with croissants, breads, cakes, brownies and other baked goods.
• Maintain consistency in quality, taste and presentation.
• Follow recipes, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Support daily kitchen production and operations.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of bakery experience preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Experience with dough handling, proofing and viennoiserie is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a passion for baking.
