Responsibilities
• Develop influencer marketing strategies and integrated brand solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Understand brand briefs, target audiences, campaign goals, and budgets to create effective proposals.
• Build innovative campaign concepts, creator-led ideas, and content strategies that meet brand requirements.
• Identify relevant creators, influencers, and talent based on campaign objectives and audience insights.
• Stay updated on creator economy trends, platform developments, competitor campaigns, and emerging formats.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing teams, and key decision-maker

• Lead client briefings, presentations, proposal discussions, and campaign reviews.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities to improve campaign outcomes.
• Ensure transparent communication, timely delivery, and high-quality client servicing throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Drive client retention, repeat business, upselling,



and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare commercial proposals, campaign estimates, pitch decks, and budget recommendations.
• Own revenue targets for the brand solutions function and contribute to the agency's growth.
• Negotiate campaign commercials, deliverables, and partnership terms while maintaining profitability.
• Oversee influencer campaign planning, creator selection, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs, including reach, engagement, views, and other relevant metrics.
• Review campaign reports and derive insights to improve future brand solutions.
• Proactively resolve execution challenges and ensure client expectations are met.
• Guide and mentor the brand solutions team on strategy, pitching, client management, and campaign planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve the overall brand solutions function.
