Role Description This is a full time, in office Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for conventional, hybrid, and prefab projects, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with local regulations. and . The Architect will also review materials and finishes, support documentation for approvals, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design,



with experience translating client needs into practical and aesthetic spaces.
• Participating in client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and monitoring design-related timelines.
• Candidates should possess working knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) to produce drawings, models, and presentations.
• Beneficial skills include attention to detail, strong visual and spatial awareness, effective communication, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in residential and prefab construction, sustainable design principles, and client-facing roles will be considered an advantage.
