Skills:
• 10+ years of overall relevant IT experience
• 8–12 years of experience in SAP Access Management / SAP Security
• 3–5+ years of people management experience
• Solid knowledge of SAP Access, Security, and Authorization processes
• Experience managing offshore teams and delivery responsibilities
• Experience coordinating directly with business managers and stakeholders
• Strong experience in escalation management and operational delivery
• Experience working with medium to large-scale Offshore Development Centres (ODCs) or projects
• SAP Access / Security / Authorization certification preferred
Key Responsibilities
? Lead and manage SAP Access Management operations ? Manage offshore teams and ensure effective delivery ? Drive operational excellence and delivery commitments ? Coordinate with business managers and key stakeholders ? Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution ? Monitor team performance and operational deliverables ?
