Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hussainganj. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the construction materials store, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials and equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, organizing the store layout, and ensuring proper documentation for inward and outward movement of goods. The role involves coordinating with procurement, site engineers, and project teams, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards,



and implementing basic loss prevention practices. The Store Manager will also handle vendor and internal customer interactions, resolve store-related issues promptly, and prepare regular reports for management. Qualifications
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to support internal teams and vendors effectively.
• Store Management experience, including inventory control, stock handling, and basic record-keeping in a construction or industrial setting.
• Clear and qualified Communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordination with site staff, vendors, and management.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention or basic loss prevention practices to minimize stock discrepancies and material wastage.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and familiarity with spreadsheets or inventory software.
• Ability to work on-site full-time, manage physical tasks related to materials handling, and follow safety procedures.
• Prior experience in construction materials stores or warehouses is preferred.
