About Be Neude Be Neude is a skincare brand built at the intersection of science, sensoriality and culture. At the heart of the brand is our proprietary platform, Science of Milk — where we decode the science behind one of skincare’s most familiar ingredients and reimagine it through high-performance formulations made for modern skin. We’re growing across D2C and leading marketplaces including Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit and Zepto, and as we grow, so does the role of creative in driving discovery, consideration and conversion. The Role We’re looking for a Copy Writer who understands what makes people stop, watch, click and buy. You’ll own copy across our performance ecosystem, with a particular focus on Meta, turning consumer insights, cultural behaviour and performance data into ideas that convert. From a five-word hook on an ad to a product page that answers every reason someone might hesitate to add to cart, you’ll think about the entire journey. You’ll work closely with our growth, brand, design and video teams to develop, test and continuously improve copies, because for us, good copies shouldn’t just sound good. They should work. About You You’re equal parts storyteller and performance thinker. You understand that the best-performing copy starts with understanding people: what catches their attention, what problem they’re trying to solve, what makes them skeptical, and what ultimately gets them to act. You can move easily between a sharp ad hook, a Reel script, a product proposition and long-form PDP copy without losing the brand, or the objective. Most importantly, you write like people actually talk. Responsibilities
• Develop creative strategies and concepts for Meta ads across the funnel, from awareness through conversion.
• Write and iterate hooks, ad copy, scripts, static creatives, sale communication and performance-led video briefs.




• Own and optimise copy across D2C and marketplace PDPs, balancing conversion, brand storytelling and on-page SEO.
• Translate consumer insights, comments, reviews, trends and cultural behaviour into creative opportunities.
• Regularly analyse competitor ads, category communication and product pages to identify gaps and new territories for Be Neude.
• Work with performance data including CTR, hook/thumb-stop rates and conversion metrics to understand what is working, and what the next creative should do differently.
• Brief designers, editors and creators with clear strategic and creative direction.
• Work closely with growth and brand teams to build a continuous pipeline of creative hypotheses, tests and iterations.
• Help evolve how Be Neude communicates as the brand, category and consumer grow. What We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting or performance creative, ideally at a D2C brand or performance-focused digital agency.
• Hands-on experience creating and strategising for Meta advertising.
• Experience writing or optimising e-commerce PDPs, with a working understanding of on-page SEO.
• Understanding of full-funnel advertising and how creative needs change across awareness, consideration and conversion.
• Comfortable reading performance metrics and translating them into creative decisions. You don’t need to be a media buyer, but you should speak the language.
• Robust conceptual and copywriting ability across both short
- and long-form formats.
• The ability to turn research and competitor analysis into ideas, rather than just decks and screenshots.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or women-first categories is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with AI tools is a plus.
• Curiosity, strong creative instincts and an obsession with understanding why something works.
