Role Description This is a full-time, in office B2B role based in Noida. The role involves identifying and engaging corporate and institutional clients, travel partners, and agencies to drive business for Aaryam’s properties. Responsibilities include developing and managing B2B relationships, conducting outreach and presentations, negotiating rates and contracts, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The team member will coordinate with operations and reservations to ensure seamless delivery of services for corporate and group bookings. The role also includes market research, reporting on performance, and contributing to strategies that strengthen Aaryam’s presence in the B2B hospitality segment. Qualifications
• Strong B2B sales and business development skills, with experience in hospitality, travel, or related service industries.
• Client relationship management abilities, including stakeholder communication, account servicing, and long-term partnership building.
• Negotiation and contract management skills, with comfort in handling pricing, terms,



and corporate agreements.
• Market research and analytical skills to understand demand trends, competition, and opportunities in corporate and group travel.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic reporting dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, leads, and follow-ups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; relevant B2B experience will be an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Noida, with occasional travel to properties or client locations as required.
• A customer-centric mindset and interest in experiential travel, nature-based stays, and destination-focused hospitality.
