About the Role
We are looking for a Strategy, Research and Documentation Specialist to support programme development, research, strategic planning, documentation and communication across our education initiatives. The role involves working closely with programme, academic, field and leadership teams to generate insights, develop strategic documents, capture programme learnings and support new programme opportunities and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research, policy reviews and landscape studies related to education and programme priorities.
• Develop strategy notes, feasibility reports, concept notes, proposals and presentations.
• Document programme implementation, outcomes and learnings through reports, case studies and evidence briefs.
• Support programme expansion, partnership development and strategic planning.
• Prepare donor reports, annual reports, policy briefs and communication materials.




• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and synthesise information.
• Support curriculum alignment, competency mapping and policy-related research. Educational Qualification & Experience
• Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Communications, Social Work, Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the social sector or education sector.
• Experience in research, documentation, programme development and strategy formulation.
• Proven ability to prepare high-quality reports, proposals, presentations and policy documents. Key Skills
• Strong analytical, research and evidence-synthesis skills.
• Excellent English writing, editing and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Robust stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
• Good planning, organisational and project-management skills. Preferred: Exposure to education policies, school education programmes, teacher development, SEL, donor-funded projects and government collaborations.
