Role Description The Information Technology Analyst role at Taxcart is a full-time remote position focused on supporting and enhancing the company’s tax automation platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing technical support to internal teams and external clients. The analyst will assist with troubleshooting integration problems, documenting technical findings, and coordinating with engineering to implement fixes or enhancements. This role also involves analyzing system data, contributing to process improvements, and communicating clear,



actionable updates to stakeholders in a distributed work environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret system data, identify patterns, and support problem resolution.
• Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with software systems, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to handle user issues, diagnose problems, and coordinate effective solutions.
• Candidates should possess clear and skilled Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and assisting customers or partners.
• Relevant experience in application support, IT operations, or systems analysis is beneficial.
• Knowledge of tax, fintech, or SaaS environments is an advantage but not required.
