Role Description The Owner role at Clear Creek Resource Partners is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing overall business operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring that financial and operational goals are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, guiding key business decisions, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and monitoring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The Owner will lead budgeting and resource allocation, support business development initiatives, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This position involves hands-on involvement in problem-solving, risk management, and ensuring that long-term organizational objectives are achieved. Qualifications
• Strong business leadership skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational management.




• Experience with financial oversight, budgeting, and resource allocation in a business or operational setting.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, including collaboration with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
• Ability to interpret performance data and use analytics to guide improvements in efficiency and profitability.
