RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
• Coordinate with the Sales team for special project requests to meet customer requirements.
• Working with Refrigeration & Air conditioning systems, Standards, Psychrometries.
• Compressor selection, S&T; HX/F&T; HX selection, Expansion Valve selection, Fan selection, Refrigerant inline Component selection.
• Refrigerant line sizing, Water line sizing.
• Able to read Electrical drawings & give necessary inputs.
• Providing Inputs to the Factory Engineering team for customized projects.
• Understand and make sure the product meets safety, reliability, manufacturing assembly & robustness.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in HVAC product/system design and development, including component selection, system integration, concept development,



core knowledge of Thermodynamic principles.
• Core knowledge of HVAC components selection, simulation, testing for chillers, Shell & Tube, Tube & Fin heat exchangers, expansion valves, filter driers, reversing valves, check valves, safety valves
• Hands on experience in selection & simulation like Unilab coil & SHARK software, ThermalX etc.
• Core knowledge of HVAC products simulation, test plan creation and testing, chiller working logic
• Knowledge on 2D & 3D design modelling software’s (AUTOCAD, CREO, Solid edge, SolidWorks).
• Core knowledge & understanding of Electrical & Electronics
