Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain, inspect, troubleshoot and repair production machinery, industrial equipment and operational facilities.

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations.

- Independently execute mechanical fitting, fabrication and metalworking activities in the workshop.

- Identify mechanical faults, diagnose equipment breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs to minimise production downtime.

- Replace defective, damaged and worn-out machine components as required.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance, servicing and repair activities.

- Perform metal fabrication and machining operations, including welding, drilling, grinding, turning, milling and sawing.

- Read and interpret technical drawings, engineering plans and manufacturing documents.

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, hygiene requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

- Completed vocational training / ITI / Diploma in Industrial Maintenance Fitting, Metalworking, Mechatronics,



Industrial Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering or Machining Technology.

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance, equipment servicing and mechanical repairs.

- Practical knowledge of metalworking, fabrication and machining processes, including welding, drilling, grinding, turning and milling.

- Ability to operate workshop tools, equipment, and industrial machinery independently.

- Positive understanding of technical drawings, mechanical components and manufacturing documentation.

- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown management.

- Ability to follow industrial safety procedures, quality standards and hygiene guidelines.

- Valid Category B Driving Licence.

- German Language Proficiency: B2 level (mandatory) – good command of spoken and written German.

Preferred Candidate Backgrounds: Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Fitting, Metal Fabrication, Mechatronics, Industrial Machinery Maintenance and Manufacturing.
