About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager with comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, promotions, and client engagement. The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder who can independently manage multiple marketing channels, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and performance, and communicate effectively with clients through meetings, emails, and ongoing discussions. The candidate must be comfortable working night shifts, demonstrate flexibility in

based on business and client requirements, and have a solid execution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for clients, understand their marketing objectives, provide strategic recommendations, and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Meetings and Communication: Lead and participate in client meetings, present campaign strategies and performance updates, prepare professional emails, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Digital Marketing Strategy:



Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and business growth objectives.
• Hands-on Campaign Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Marketing Promotions: Independently execute promotional activities, marketing initiatives, product or service campaigns, offers, and brand awareness programs.
• AI-Powered Marketing: Demonstrate advanced practical use of AI tools for marketing strategy, content creation, campaign optimization, audience research, competitor analysis, automation, reporting, and workflow improvement.
• SEO and Content Marketing: Manage SEO, keyword research, website optimization, content strategy, social media marketing, and performance-driven content initiatives.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, prepare reports, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, SEO, paid media, and account management, to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.




• Market and Competitor Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, competitor strategies, and new AI-driven marketing solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience managing international clients, particularly in US or other overseas markets.
• Strong, well-rounded knowledge of digital marketing, with the ability to manage both strategy and execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in client-facing meetings and professional email communication.
• Strong client management, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Advanced practical proficiency with AI tools and the ability to integrate them into everyday marketing workflows.
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising, social media, content marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Ability to interpret marketing data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client requirements.
