₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and proactive Safety Officer with 1–2 years of experience in construction and interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have practical knowledge of construction site safety, particularly working at heights, hot work activities and general site safety procedures. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance across our ongoing interior fit-out projects at various locations in Mumbai and PAN India.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor day-to-day safety practices and ensure compliance with site safety standards and company policies.
• Ensure proper safety measures are followed during work at heights, hot work (welding, cutting, grinding, etc.) and other high-risk activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards and unsafe working conditions.
• Ensure the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all workers and site personnel.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and awareness sessions for site workers.
• Ensure proper work permits are obtained and followed for height work, hot work and other hazardous activities.
• Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers and contractors to implement corrective and preventive safety measures.
• Report accidents,



near misses and safety violations to the concerned management.
• Ensure housekeeping standards and safe working conditions are maintained at all project sites. Desired Candidate Profile
• 1–2 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in interior fit-out, construction or commercial interior projects & should have requisite qualifications & certificates in Safety.
• Practical working knowledge of work at heights, hot work permits and construction site safety.
• Basic understanding of PPE, fire safety, emergency procedures and hazard identification.
• Good communication and coordination skills to manage site workers and contractors.
• Willingness to travel and work across Mumbai as well as PAN India project locations.
• Ability to independently monitor and implement safety practices at project sites. Additional Information & Advantages

Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
• Mumbai Preference: Candidates having their own residence or relatives in Mumbai will be preferred as company would not be providing accommodation.
• Outstation Sites: Company-provided accommodation and food allowance will be provided when assigned to sites outside Mumbai.
• Must have client-facing experience, with the ability to coordinate and communicate professionally with clients, consultants, project teams and site representatives.
• The candidate should be comfortable to work at any of our project-based site assignments across India.
