Job Description
Patient Care: Examine patients, assess their medical conditions, and provide appropriate treatment as per hospital protocols. Patient Monitoring: Monitor vital signs, clinical progress, and changes in patient condition. Emergency Management: Provide immediate medical assistance during emergencies and initiate resuscitation when required. Ward Rounds: Conduct regular rounds of inpatient wards and review patients' treatment plans. Admission and Discharge: Assess patients during admission, prepare clinical documentation, and coordinate discharge procedures. Medication Management: Prescribe and review medications within the scope of authorization and hospital protocols. Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, treatment charts, and medical reports. Job
