Role Description The Video Editor role at Behind The Reach is a full-time, hybrid position based in Nagpur, with flexibility for some work-from-home. In this role, the Video Editor will edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals, applying sound design and visual effects where needed, and ensuring videos meet brand guidelines and platform requirements. The Video Editor will also handle color correction, basic motion graphics,



and versioning content for different formats, while managing timelines and maintaining organized project files. Qualifications
• Robust video production skills, including planning, shooting oversight, and understanding of the full production workflow.
• Proficiency in video editing and video color grading using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics and graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a solid sense of pacing, composition, and sound.
• Experience creating content for digital marketing or social media platforms is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and respond constructively to feedback.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
