Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Telecaller in the EdTech and overseas education domain. The Sr. Telecaller will handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and families, providing information about study abroad programs, admissions processes, and test preparation services. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, explaining course offerings and university options, scheduling counseling sessions, and following up consistently to drive conversions. The role also involves maintaining accurate call records, updating CRM systems, coordinating with counseling and admissions teams,



and meeting individual and team targets. The position requires a professional, student-centric approach and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders. Qualifications
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or counseling, preferably in EdTech or overseas education.
• Ability to manage high call volumes, handle queries effectively, and convert leads into enrollments or appointments.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications for tracking leads and maintaining records.
• Knowledge of study abroad processes, university admissions, visas, or test preparation (IELTS or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with targets and timelines.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
• Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; prior senior-level telecalling or sales experience is highly preferred.
