Role Description The Site Civil Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing civil works on architectural projects from planning through execution. The role involves coordinating with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure designs are accurately implemented, quality standards are met, and timelines are maintained. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing civil engineering drawings, monitoring earthworks, foundations, drainage, utilities, and roadworks, and resolving technical issues that arise on site. The Site Civil Engineer will also support stormwater management planning,



verify compliance with local regulations and safety guidelines, prepare progress reports, and provide clear communication to project stakeholders. This position requires a practical, detail-oriented approach and a strong focus on delivering structurally sound, well-coordinated civil works that complement the architectural vision. Qualifications
• Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams, including coordination with multidisciplinary professionals on complex projects.
• Planning skills for site layout, sequencing of works, and resource management across various stages of project execution.
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles, drainage design, and compliance with local infrastructure and environmental standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with relevant experience in building and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures applicable to civil works.
• Proficiency in engineering and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site and manage multiple tasks.
