– Design Engineer (ACC) Department: Design & Engineering (Dry Cooling)

Head Office, Kolkata Job Summary: An experienced ACC Engineer with robust expertise in mechanical and process engineering, piping design, equipment layout, stress analysis, and package engineering for power and industrial projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in PV Elite, pressure vessel design, sizing calculations, and applicable ASME codes and standards, preferably in Power, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, EPC, or OEM consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform design and sizing calculations for ACC systems and associated equipment.
• Undertake pressure vessel design and analysis using PV Elite.
• Handle process engineering, piping layout, equipment layout, ducting, and piping stress analysis.
• Manage package engineering, including selection and coordination of bought-out items.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ASME codes,



including Section VIII, Divisions 1 and 2, as applicable.
• Review technical specifications, engineering drawings, vendor documents, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely project execution. Required Qualifications &

• B.
E./B.
Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years of relevant experience relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in PV Elite, pressure vessel design, and ASME codes.
• Working knowledge of process engineering, piping design and layout, stress analysis, ducting, and equipment sizing.
• Experience in package engineering and management of bought-out items.
• Relevant experience in Power, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, EPC, or OEM consultancy projects.
