Senior Therapist | Samarpan Rehabilitation Center | Pune (Mulshi), Maharashtra We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Therapist to lead our residential rehabilitation program and help deliver exceptional care to individuals recovering from addiction and related mental health challenges. About Samarpan Samarpan operates India’s only CARF‑accredited rehabilitation center in Mulshi, Pune, along with a mental health counselling center in Mumbai.

About the Role
The Senior Therapist will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of our residential treatment facility, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, client experience and team leadership. This is an chance for a mental health professional who combines strong clinical expertise with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic, recovery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical oversight and support to the treatment team
• Manage a clinical case load of 3-4 clients where appropriate
• Ensure effective assessment, treatment planning, and discharge management
• Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team of therapists, case managers, and support staff
• Monitor service quality, client outcomes,



and compliance with organizational standards
• Collaborate with families, referral partners, and internal stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support program growth
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-oriented environment for clients
• Oversee residential treatment operations Qualifications & Experience
• M.
Phil. in Clinical Psychology or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• 4 to 7 year of work experience in addiction treatment, mental health services, or residential care settings
• Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to evidence-based and client-centered care
