The platform helps brands discover the right creators for their campaigns, and helps creators find genuine, paid brand opportunities and manage those partnerships end-to-end. As an early-stage startup, the team moves rapid, wears multiple hats, and expects interns to take real ownership rather than just observe.

About the Role
As a Social Media Management Intern, you'll help build and manage CollabKaroo's own presence across social platforms — growing awareness of the platform among both creators and brands. This role is a good fit for someone who understands what makes content perform and enjoys the day-to-day rhythm of running social accounts.

What You'll Do
• Plan and maintain a content calendar across CollabKaroo's social channels
• Create and/or coordinate content (posts, reels/shorts, stories) aligned with brand voice
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs,



and support community management
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest improvements
• Stay current on social media trends and formats relevant to the creator economy
• Collaborate with the influencer marketing and sales teams to cross-promote campaigns and wins What We're Looking For
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and/or TikTok content formats and trends
• Basic content creation or editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Good writing skills for captions/copy
• Creative eye and consistency — social growth is a long game
• Prior experience managing a brand or personal social account is a plus Compensation
• Base stipend: ₹3,000–4,000 per month (Based on CV and Skills)
• Performance-based bonus on top of base pay, tied to KPIs: follower gains, views, and marketing cost efficiency (lower spend for the same results scores higher) (exact targets to be shared during onboarding)
