We’re Hiring: In-House Creator (Performance Model & Actress)Most acting and modeling gigs involve waiting around on a set for 8 hours to shoot a single 15-second TVC, or standing stiffly for a traditional print catalog. That is not how we operate. We are a high-growth D2C agency managing heavy-hitting brands (from Shark Tank alumni to QSR giants like Bikanervala and premium wellness brands like Nirmalaya). We are looking for a lethal, highly expressive In-House Creator/Actress who understands the mechanics of short-form video. We need a chameleon. You need to be able to sell the calming, premium aesthetic of a wellness brand in the morning, and nail the high-energy, relatable reaction of tasting festive sweets in the afternoon. If you know how to stop a scroll with your facial expressions, deliver a script so naturally it doesn't sound like an ad, and thrive in a fast-paced shoot setting, we want you on our team. What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Work):
• The 3-Second Hook: You are the face of our performance ads. You understand that the first 3 seconds dictate the success of a campaign. You will use your facial expressions, body language, and voice modulation to stop the scroll instantly.
• Brand Chameleon: You will seamlessly transition between different brand personas—from a stressed corporate employee needing a wellness break, to a relatable foodie, to a premium lifestyle model.
• High-Velocity Shooting: We move fast. You will work closely with our scrappy production team (ACD and DOP)



to shoot 10 to 15 short-form assets (Reels, Meta Ads) in a single day.
• UGC & Direct-Response Acting: You won't just look pretty for the camera. You will deliver dialogue directly to the lens, demonstrating products, explaining value propositions, and making it feel like a genuine recommendation from a friend.
• Agile Execution: You take direction instantly. If the Creative Director tells you the pacing is too slow or the energy is too low, you pivot and nail it on the next take. Who You Are:
• You are a true digital native: You consume Reels and short-form content. You know what pacing works, what internet humor looks like, and how people actually speak on social media.
• You have an incredibly expressive face and voice: You don't need exaggerated, theatrical acting. You know how to act with your eyes and modulate your voice for ASMR, high-energy hooks, or authentic storytelling.
• You are low-maintenance and high-output: You don't need a massive glam squad for every shot. You are comfortable touching up your own basic hair/makeup to match a "native/UGC" vibe when needed, and you don't complain when the shoot schedule is packed.
