Role Description The Finance Account Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Chincholi. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The Finance Account Officer will manage financial reporting, including analysis of variances, and ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable regulations. Daily tasks include posting journal entries, reconciling ledgers, monitoring payables and receivables, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. The role also involves assisting in budgeting, cost tracking, and providing finance-related support to operations and management.



Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles to manage daily transactions and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess working knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related compliance, filings, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, reconciliations, and basic data analysis.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or building materials industry finance/accounting roles is beneficial.
