Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Tableau Developer / Data Analyst with 8–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, interactive, and responsive dashboards. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, Google BigQuery, advanced data modelling, and dashboard performance optimization. The candidate will work closely with international clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Data Architecture & Modelling: Design and develop effective data models using data blending, relationships, logical and physical joins across complex and multi-granular datasets.
• Dashboard Development: Create, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Responsive Dashboard Design: Develop device-specific dashboard layouts optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet users.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboard performance, query execution, and data extracts to achieve dashboard rendering times of under 5 seconds.
• Advanced Tableau Development: Develop complex worksheets using calculated fields, parameters, dashboard actions, table calculations, and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions (FIXED, INCLUDE, EXCLUDE).
• Data Integration: Connect Tableau with Google BigQuery and other data sources, ensuring efficient data extraction and query performance.
• Business Intelligence & Reporting: Develop KPI dashboards, business growth indicators, trend analysis, and executive-level reports to support business decisions.
• Dashboard Maintenance: Troubleshoot dashboard issues, perform enhancements, manage version control, and handle ad-hoc reporting requirements.




• Client Interaction: Work directly with international clients to gather requirements, present dashboard prototypes, provide technical recommendations, and deliver solutions.
• Agile Delivery: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint deliverables, and track bugs and enhancement requests using Jira or similar ticketing tools. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8–10 years of overall experience in Tableau Development / Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Expertise in advanced Tableau visualizations and interactive dashboard development.
• Strong knowledge of Google BigQuery and its integration with Tableau.
• Excellent understanding of data modelling, data blending, relationships, joins, and complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience with advanced Tableau calculations, including:
• LOD Expressions (FIXED, INCLUDE, EXCLUDE)
• Calculated Fields
• Parameters and Dynamic Parameters
• Table Calculations
• Dashboard Actions and Filters
• Proven experience in dashboard performance tuning and optimization.
• Ability to build responsive dashboards for multiple devices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in direct international client interaction.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Working knowledge of Jira or similar ticketing and project management tools. Mandatory Requirements
