Role Description The Event Planning Intern will support the end-to-end coordination of college events, including concerts, festivals, and performances, in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, based in Hyderabad, involves assisting with event planning timelines, vendor and artist coordination, venue logistics, and on-ground execution. The intern will help prepare event proposals, schedules, checklists, and post-event reports, while coordinating with college representatives and internal teams to ensure clear communication. Daily tasks include maintaining project documentation, supporting marketing and promotion activities, participating in brainstorming sessions for event concepts,



and providing operational support during live events. The role offers hands-on experience in event management and an chance to learn from professionals in the college entertainment space. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning and Event Management to support the design, coordination, and execution of college events.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members, college partners, vendors, and artists.
• Candidates should possess Project Management and Planning skills to manage timelines, tasks, and logistical details effectively.
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad with flexibility for evening or weekend events as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in college events, entertainment, and live performances; prior event volunteering or internship experience is an advantage.
• Comfort using productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms) to track and communicate event plans.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; fields such as event management, marketing, or communications are a plus.
