The organization values technical excellence, in office collaboration, and long-term client partnerships. Role Description The Site Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Site Coordinator will oversee day-to-day project activities at client locations, including coordinating installation and commissioning of dust suppression systems, monitoring work progress, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This role involves organizing site schedules, supervising technicians and contractors, managing materials and equipment, and maintaining accurate site documentation and reports. The Site Coordinator will liaise with clients, internal engineering teams,



and vendors to resolve issues promptly and keep stakeholders informed about timelines and project milestones. The position may require regular visits to industrial plants and flexibility in

working hours
based on project needs. Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability in site coordination, project scheduling, and day-to-day supervision of field activities.
• Experience with industrial installations, preferably in dust suppression systems or related mechanical/electrical projects.
• Solid skills in documentation, reporting, and basic use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices, risk assessments, and compliance with site rules and regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, technicians, and internal teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot site-level issues, support commissioning activities, and coordinate with technical experts.
• Diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience in industrial projects.
