We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Platform Specialist to join the Finance & Procurement IT team and support global procurement systems for WSA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, rollout, configuration, and maintenance of the Zycus procurement platform across all WSA entities. You will combine hands-on technical and operational support with procurement system configuration, integration management, and supplier master data maintenance. Working closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams, you will help ensure smooth system operations, consistent processes, and successful implementation of procurement technology solutions across the organization. Your tasks
• Supporting the implementation and rollout of the Zycus procurement system across all WSA entities
• Managing integrations and configurations to ensure smooth system operations during and after implementation
• Providing operational support for procurement processes, including handling user tickets related to supplier master data and P2P/S2C modules
• Maintaining system configurations and master-data alignment, including updating approval matrices, user roles, and integration mappings
• Coordinating change requests and testing activities to ensure procurement systems remain consistent and well-documented
• Collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT teams to align processes and supporting training for users affected by system or process changes Requirements
• Minimum 7–8+ years of relevant experience in IT systems,



procurement systems, or a similar technical role
• University degree in a technical, science, or related field
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) modules
• Experience working with supplier/vendor master data management
• Hands-on experience with procurement platforms, ERP systems, system configuration, application support, and integrations
• Good understanding of system workflows, approval matrices, user roles, and change management
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
