Amritsar, Punjab We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager with a strong command of content writing and content creation. The candidate should be capable of developing engaging content, planning social media strategies, and managing brand communication across multiple social media platforms. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, write compelling content, and turn ideas into engaging social media posts, reels, carousels, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage social media content strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Write engaging, creative, and platform-specific content for social media posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
• Create content ideas, concepts, captions, hooks, headlines, and promotional copy.
• Plan and coordinate the creation of reels, carousels, static posts, and other creative formats.
• Create visually appealing social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Research industry trends, trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities.




• Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and content quality.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and insights.
• Ensure timely publishing and maintain consistency across all social media channels. Required

Skills:
• Strong command of English content writing and communication.
• Excellent creative writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Strong understanding of social media content creation and marketing.
• Ability to develop creative content ideas and convert them into engaging posts.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and social media management tools.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, Carousels, and LinkedIn content.
• Knowledge of content calendars, hashtags, trends, and audience engagement.
• Ability to write attention-grabbing hooks, captions, headlines, and CTAs.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and positive time management.
