? We’re Hiring | Process Lead – Fixed Assets & RTR | Clariant ?

Airoli, Navi Mumbai, India ? Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote Are you experienced in Fixed Assets and Record-to-Report (RTR) processes? At Clariant, we’re looking for a Process Lead – Fixed Assets & RTR to manage and execute end-to-end Fixed Assets activities, including month-end closing support. ✨ What will you do? ? Identify and classify Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) line items. ? Analyse Assets Under Construction (AUC) documents and execute the end-to-end capitalization process. ? Track capital projects, costs, and completion milestones. ? Collaborate with project engineers and site controllers to resolve open items. ? Manage Fixed Assets transitions for assigned entities. ? Perform month-end closing activities. ? Conduct service calls as per the governance model and provide mitigation plans.



? Adhere to Work Instructions and SOPs as per GBS governance. ? Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ? Drive process improvement initiatives. ? What are we looking for? ✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. ✅ 4–5 years of relevant experience in Fixed Assets and Record-to-Report (RTR). ✅ Strong understanding of CAPEX vs. OPEX classification and accounting principles. ✅ Proficiency in SAP FI-AA. ✅ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. ?
