The trainer should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps services, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices. The candidate should be capable of explaining concepts clearly, conducting live demonstrations, designing practical assignments, and guiding learners through real-time projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver instructor-led training on Azure DevOps concepts and tools.
• Explain Azure DevOps services, including:
• Azure Boards
• Azure Repos
• Azure Pipelines
• Azure Test Plans
• Azure Artifacts
• Teach Git, GitHub, branching strategies, and source code management.
• Create and configure CI/CD pipelines using YAML and Classic pipelines.
• Demonstrate build and release automation.
• Train participants on deploying applications to Azure App Services, Azure VMs, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Explain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM/Bicep templates.
• Provide hands-on labs, assignments, and real-time project scenarios.
• Teach Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Explain monitoring and troubleshooting using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Evaluate participants' performance and provide technical guidance. equired Qualifications




• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps.
• Previous experience in technical training or mentoring.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple language.
• Experience working on real-time DevOps implementation projects. Preferred Skills
• Microsoft Azure certifications:
• AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
• AZ-104: Azure Administrator
• AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible.
