Job description
Role Summary We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with 10+ years of experience to define automation strategy and lead quality engineering across complex applications and services. This hands-on role will architect scalable test frameworks, embed quality controls into delivery pipelines, and mentor engineers. Roles and Responsibilites:

Key Responsibilities
• Define enterprise test-automation strategy, architecture, standards, and quality metrics.
• Design frameworks for UI, API, integration, contract, and end-to-end testing.
• Embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines and optimize test execution.
• Lead risk-based test planning, non-functional testing, defect analysis, and release-quality assessments.
• Improve test environments, data management, observability, and failure diagnostics.
• Partner with engineering leaders to build quality into design and development.
• Mentor QA and software engineers and lead complex quality initiatives.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering, test automation, or software engineering.




• Deep expertise with modern UI and API automation frameworks and at least one programming language.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or a comparable language.
• Experience designing scalable automation frameworks and integrating them with CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, distributed systems, test architecture, performance testing, and production-quality practices.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional influence. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud-native systems, containers, security testing, and service virtualization.
• Experience implementing test observability and quality dashboards.
• Relevant testing, development, or cloud certification. Experience Needed:
