Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with a blend of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. The CEO will lead overall business strategy, set organizational priorities, and ensure that financial, operational, and sales goals are met. Daily responsibilities include overseeing budgets and financial performance, managing key operational processes, and guiding business planning activities. The CEO will direct sales initiatives, build and maintain relationships with major customers and partners, and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and risks.



This role also involves leading senior managers, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Qualifications
• Strong Finance skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee retail processes, supply chain, and efficiency improvements.
• Experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to define long-term goals and execution roadmaps.
• Demonstrated Sales leadership, with the ability to drive revenue growth and manage key customer relationships.
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within retail or related industries.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions, manage risk, and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
