About the Role
We're looking for someone who knows influencer marketing beyond just finding creators and getting posts live. Someone who understands brands, can handle clients confidently, manage multiple campaigns without losing track, and knows how to turn a client brief into a successful campaign. What You'll Do
• Own Brand Relationships: Be the go-to person for your clients, understand their expectations, and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Manage Campaigns End-to-End: From receiving briefs and planning campaigns to execution, reporting, and everything in between.
• Handle Multiple Brand Accounts: Keep campaigns moving, clients updated, and timelines on track.
• Turn Briefs into Action: Understand what the brand wants and work with internal teams to make it happen.
• Work Across Teams: Collaborate with strategy, influencer management, and operations teams to deliver campaigns smoothly.
• Keep Clients Happy: Manage feedback, solve problems,



and handle last-minute changes without creating chaos.
• Track Campaign Performance: Monitor deliverables, prepare reports, and share meaningful insights with clients.
• Grow Your Accounts: Spot opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and expanding existing brand relationships. What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, client servicing, or account management.
• Experience working at an influencer marketing agency is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience handling brands and managing client relationships independently.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing campaigns, creator collaborations, and campaign execution.
• Experience managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be comfortable speaking directly with brand teams.
• Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and doesn't need constant follow-ups to get things done.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced agency environment where priorities can change quickly. You'll Fit Right In If...
